Things to know

Please have a clear idea of what you would like in your artwork/design or allow me to take artistic liberty!
You must inform me if you do not want your commissions to be posted before a certain time (they are a gift/surprise/ect) or if you do not want to be named/tagged on the finished drawings post, otherwise it will be assumed you are okay with this.
I do not guarantee completion dates, but we can discuss that and I will accommodate where I can!Drawing limits

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you fully agree to these terms of service. Therefore, it’s important that you read it thoroughly and understand it. If you have any questions regarding the TOS (terms of service), please ask these before we enter into an agreement.
We’re in full agreement when the payment has been transferred.General
★ You must be 18 years or older to commission.
★ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason without having to disclose why.
★ The commissioner must provide me with correct, up-to-date and clear reference images of the characters they want commissioned. If anything in the reference material isn’t correct it’s the commissioner’s responsibility to inform me before I start work on the commission.
★ The character(s) the customer wants commissioned must belong to them or have the original owners written consent for using them.
★ I will keep contact with the commissioner via private messaging on originating site of the commission (Twitter DMs, Instagram DMs, Discord, Telegram)
★ If you wish to switch to a different chat, just ask! (ex. saw commission post on Twitter, wanted to move chatting to Telegram)
★ I will send the commissioner WIPs or updates on the commission progress.
★ I'm a full-time student and I have ADHD, so please be patient with me. Completion time can vary anywhere from a few hours to a month depending on the type of your commission.Payments
★ I require full payment upfront, before starting any work.
★ Payments are accepted in EUR and USD.
★ Payment options I accept are PayPal or through Ko-fi.
★ Tips are appreciated, but not necessary!Refunds
★ If I, for any reason, choose to cancel the commission a full refund will be issued.
★ A full refund will be issued if you choose to cancel your commission before any work has been made.
★ If work on the commission has been started, a partial refund can be returned depending on how much work has been done on the commission.
★ YCHs are refundable only if I have not yet started to work on it or I haven't made a lot of progress on it. After major progress YCH work is non-refundable.
★ Refunds will not be issued on completed commissions.
★ I will not redo your commission once it has been completed.

★ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
★ You may not claim my work as your own.
★ Do not trace, make edits or alterations to my work.
★ You may post your commissioned art to personal galleries with proper credit and link back to one of my social media sites.
★ You are allowed to crop the art for use as an icon, ect. (with credit)
★ You may use your commissioned art on your personal site, for banners, ect. (with credit)
★ You are not allowed to make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.
★ You are not allowed to use my art in AI in any way, ever.
★ All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise, I currently do not do commercial work.Any breach of this TOS will incur penalties for the customer. This may range from a cancelled commission to blacklisting.

Small props, clothes and jewellery for no extra charge!
